NoxLab sells digital guides delivered as PDF files. No physical goods are sold, no packages are shipped, and no shipping fees apply to any order.
Delivery Method
- Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your secure download links are displayed on the order confirmation page.
- A payment receipt is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Keep it — the confirmation link in it lets you return to your download page.
- Files are delivered in PDF format and can be read on any phone, tablet or computer, and printed for personal use.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery is instant. In rare cases of payment verification delays, access may take a few minutes. If you have not received access within one (1) hour of a successful charge, contact our support team and we will resolve it promptly.
Download Access
Download links are personal, secured, and time-limited for your protection. If a link expires or you lose access to your files, contact us at support@noxlab.com with your order confirmation and we will restore access at no charge.
Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, contact our support team as soon as possible with your payment details so we can locate the order and redeliver your files.
Taxes
Taxes (where applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout.
